Acceptable Use Policy

3.1. Prohibited Usage and Zero Tolerance

The Subscriber covenants not to utilize the Services for any illicit activities. The following constitute strictly prohibited actions:

1. Network Interference

Intentional or negligent transmission of high-volume traffic (DDoS), port scanning, IP spoofing, or ARP poisoning.

2. Resource Abuse (Crypto-Mining)

The deployment of cryptocurrency mining software or scripts, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Monero, or Ethereum miners, is strictly prohibited on VPS and Shared environments.

3. Anonymization Services

Operation of public TOR exit nodes, proxies, or VPN services intended to obfuscate the origin of traffic for malicious purposes.

4. Malicious Content

Hosting of malware, ransomware, botnet command and control (C2) infrastructure, or phishing pages.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement

Transmission of any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

3.2. Fair Use Policy (FUP) and Resource Throttling

"Unmetered" or "Unlimited" bandwidth/CPU references constitute a marketing term subject to this Fair Use Policy.

The Company reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend instances that maintain a sustained CPU load exceeding 80% or disk I/O exceeding standard parameters for a duration of two (2) hours, thereby degrading the collective performance of the host node.

3.3. Violation Consequences

The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any Client found to be in violation of this AUP without refund.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Additional Prohibited Activities

  • Hosting illegal content or conducting illegal activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Resource abuse that affects other users' services
  • Any activity that violates intellectual property rights
  • Using services for any purpose that violates applicable laws

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to our abuse team.
