4.3. Data Sovereignty and Processing

The Subscriber explicitly consents to the storage, processing, and retention of data within the territorial jurisdiction of India. The Company shall not be liable for data interception occurring across international gateways.

4.4. Law Enforcement Cooperation

The Company reserves the right to disclose Subscriber data to competent law enforcement agencies upon receipt of a valid court order, warrant, or directive issued under Section 69 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4.5. Data Retention

The Company retains personal data for the duration of the active service period and for a statutory period thereafter as required by Indian taxation and record-keeping laws.

Upon termination, data stored on the Service infrastructure is securely wiped; however, billing records remain archived as required by law.
